Elton Giant Mazes Terms & Conditions
The purchase and use of tickets will constitute acceptance of these conditions by purchaser and/or ticket-holder(s)
Elton Giant Mazes reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any and all changes will be uploaded to our website and will apply to existing bookings at the time of publication.
Elton Giant Mazes is situated on a working farm and the ground may be uneven in places, so ensure sensible outdoor footwear is worn and clothes are appropriate for the outdoor weather.
All under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult and be supervised at all times. We reserve the right to remove attendees from our attraction who, we feel, are not appropriately supervising members of their party.
All visitors are required to wear their issued wristbands for their entire visit and may be asked by staff to show them at any time.
We will endeavour to keep all attractions open during opening hours. Occasionally, some activities may be unavailable due to safety, weather or technical reasons. Elton Giant Mazes reserves the right to close for a short period of time during very hot or wet weather to comply with health & safety requirements.
If we do close, and you hold a booking, then we will try to transfer your booking to another day. Refunds will only be made on advance tickets if we are unable to transfer your booking.
Any closure by us will be effective by a notice on our website and social media. Please ensure to check if we have had to close prior to leaving for your day.
Visitors are not permitted to bring alcohol, cigarettes, e-cigarettes or BBQs onto the site. For safety reasons, there is a strict no smoking policy in the maze and throughout the premises. For the benefit of all our guests, and safety of our site, we reserve the right to remove attendees from our attraction if we consider there to be a risk to health and safety.
Please respect our staff and other visitors; intimidating or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and will be grounds for us to terminate your visit and remove you from our attraction.
Elton Giant Mazes has extensive free parking on a large grass area next to the reception cabin
Elton Giant Mazes excludes all responsibility and liability for damage to vehicles, clothing or other property during your visit. Vehicles may be parked at our site but are left at the owner’s risk. We exclude our liability to you for death or personal injury whilst visiting our attraction unless this is caused by our negligence.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove from the site any person who acts in a manner that the management of Elton Giant Mazes feel to be inappropriate and/or undesirable for a family venue.
Everyone must stay on the designated pathways. Anyone caught walking through the Maize crop away from the paths will be asked to leave immediately.
An adult must accompany children on the viewing platforms, bridges, and at all times in the maze.
There is a First Aider available in the cabin. Alert a member of staff who will assist you and contact a first aider.
Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and are not allowed on the viewing platforms and bridge.
Please remember that this is a working farm so please keep to the designated areas, do not stray into other fields.
The last entry to the mazes is 4:30pm with the attraction closing at 5:30pm
We may restrict access to the site for safety purposes should we exceed our capacity. You enter this maze entirely at your own risk.
